Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Membership & Training Growth: Engage prospective members, showcase the value of Gold’s Gym, and promote personal training packages to support member goals and drive revenue.
- Fitness Assessments & Customized Coaching: Perform fitness assessments and design personalized programs. follow up with new members and current clients (retention).
- Lead by Example: Provide high-quality training sessions, ensuring proper form, injury prevention, and personalized support for every client.
- Goal Setting & Progress Tracking: Help clients set realistic goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure continued results and motivation.
- Inspire & Motivate: Maintain a high-energy, motivating presence on the floor, converting members into long-term training clients through passion and expertise.
- Operations Support: Partner with the General Manager to ensure gym operations run smoothly, from maintaining equipment safety to managing daily administrative tasks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support the Gym, assist with scheduling, recruitment, and maintaining a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
- Customer Service & Member Engagement: Be a visible, approachable leader on the floor. Address member concerns, ensure satisfaction, and foster a positive gym culture.
- Experience: Proven background in personal training or fitness coaching. Previous leadership or management experience in Fitness preferred.
- Certifications: Current personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- Sales Skills: Experience selling personal training services and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate both clients and staff.
- Passion for Fitness: Deep knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
